Are you an Oracle Fusion Data Migration expert looking to lead complex enterprise transformations?
Mastek is seeking a hands-on Oracle Fusion HCM & Payroll Data Migration Lead to drive and deliver end-to-end migration activities for major Oracle Fusion implementations.
This is a delivery-focused role where you will own the migration workstream from defining extraction requirements through to HDL loading, reconciliation, validation, cutover and production deployment.
Please note: Oracle Fusion HCM/Payroll Data Migration experience is mandatory for this role. Candidates with only Oracle Functional, HCM or Payroll experience, without hands-on migration delivery expertise, will not be considered.
What You'll Be Doing
- Leading end-to-end data migration workstreams across multiple migration cycles
- Working with customers to define and refine legacy data extraction requirements
- Creating and maintaining migration mapping documents and transformation rules
- Preparing and loading data using HCM Data Loader (HDL) and HSDL
- Analysing and resolving load failures, data quality issues and reconciliation discrepancies
- Performing data transformation, cleansing and validation using SQL, Excel and Oracle reporting tools
- Producing migration status reports, reconciliation evidence and business sign-off documentation
- Supporting mock migrations, dress rehearsals, cutover activities and production go-lives
- Acting as the primary point of contact for migration-related activities across business, technical and functional teams

Essential Experience
🚨 Mandatory Requirement
Candidates must have demonstrable experience delivering Oracle Fusion HCM and/or Payroll Data Migration projects and be comfortable performing the migration activities themselves. You should have hands-on experience with:
- Oracle Fusion HCM and/or Payroll Data Migration
- HDL (HCM Data Loader)
- Legacy data analysis and extraction requirements
- Data mapping and transformation
- Data cleansing and validation
- SQL-based reconciliation and data analysis
- Migration defect analysis and resolution
- Multiple migration cycles including mock loads, testing, cutover and production deployment
- Stakeholder engagement with customers, business users and Oracle functional teams

🔐 These roles require NPPV3 eligibility.
Candidates should have a minimum of 3 years continuous UK residency and be eligible to undergo the clearance process.
