Oracle Fusion Data Migration Lead
Location: London / Hybrid
Contract: FTC - 2 years
Salary: £90,000
Overview
We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion Data Migration Lead to take ownership of the data migration workstream within a major Finance Transformation programme.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end data migration workstream for an Oracle Fusion Finance transformation.
- Define and manage the data migration strategy, approach, plan and governance across the programme.
- Work with Finance SMEs and business stakeholders to understand legacy data, requirements and future-state Oracle Fusion structures.
- Lead data discovery, profiling, cleansing, mapping, transformation and validation activities.
- Own data mapping between legacy ERP/source systems and Oracle Fusion Financials.
- Coordinate migration activities across areas such as GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, Procurement and Projects, where applicable.
- Work closely with Oracle Fusion functional leads to ensure migrated data supports the future-state finance processes.
- Manage data migration specifications, mapping documents, reconciliation rules and data quality requirements.
- Coordinate technical teams and implementation partners responsible for extraction, transformation and loading activities.
- Establish and oversee data validation, reconciliation and sign-off processes.
- Manage migration cycles including mock migrations, SIT/UAT migrations, dress rehearsals and final cutover migration.
- Identify and resolve data quality, mapping and migration issues, escalating risks and dependencies where required.
- Develop and maintain migration RAID logs, plans, reporting and governance documentation.
- Support cutover planning and execution, ensuring data migration activities are aligned with the wider Finance Transformation go-live.
- Provide clear reporting to programme leadership on migration progress, risks, issues and readiness.

Experience Required
- Proven experience as a Data Migration Lead / Data Migration Manager on major ERP transformation programmes.
- Strong experience delivering Oracle Fusion Cloud data migrations, ideally within Finance / Financials transformations.
