Salary: £85,000 - £95,000 + Benefits
We're looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion F2D Functional Consultant to play a key role in delivering large-scale Oracle Cloud Supply Chain transformation programmes.
You'll lead the design and standardisation of Forecast-to-Demand (F2D) processes, working closely with business stakeholders to define scalable, best-practice planning solutions from requirements through to solution design.
What you'll be doing:
- Design and optimise Oracle Fusion Forecast-to-Demand processes.
- Lead workshops, fit-gap analysis and future-state process design.
- Produce functional specifications and solution blueprints.
- Configure demand planning structures, forecasting models and planning hierarchies.
- Collaborate with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Procurement, Finance and IT teams.
- Support integration, data migration and planning readiness activities.

What we're looking for:
- Proven Oracle Fusion Supply Chain & Planning functional consulting experience.
- Strong knowledge of forecasting, demand planning and replenishment.
- Experience delivering Oracle Cloud transformation programmes.
- Expertise in fit-gap analysis, process mapping and functional documentation.
- Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills.
- Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and ERP integrations is highly desirable.
