Overview

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Finance professional to join a growing team in a senior, commercially focused permanent position. This role is ideal for an individual who combines deep Oracle Fusion ERP Finance expertise with the ability to win business, shape client solutions and lead successful delivery. The successful candidate will act as a key bridge between commercial growth and technical/functional execution, helping clients maximize the value of Oracle Fusion while identifying opportunities for transformation, optimization, and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and support Oracle Fusion ERP Finance sales and pre-sales activities, from initial client engagement through to proposal and deal closure.
  • Develop trusted relationships with clients and senior stakeholders across the UK and Europe.
  • Identify new opportunities, expand existing accounts, and contribute to business growth.
  • Design and articulate Oracle Fusion Finance solutions aligned with client business objectives.
  • Lead or oversee Oracle Fusion Finance implementations, transformation programs, and optimization initiatives.
  • Translate complex business requirements into practical, commercially viable solutions.
  • Collaborate with delivery, architecture, and technical teams to ensure successful project execution.
  • Support proposals, RFPs, demonstrations, estimates, statements of work, and solution presentations.
  • Provide leadership, mentoring, and subject-matter expertise to Oracle Fusion Finance teams.
  • Stay at the forefront of AI-enabled ERP, identifying opportunities to incorporate AI, automation, and intelligent business processes into Oracle Fusion Finance solutions.
  • Travel across the UK and Europe when required for client meetings, workshops, and delivery engagements.

Essential Experience

  • 10+ years of experience within Oracle ERP or Oracle Fusion.
  • Strong hands-on and strategic knowledge of Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP Finance.
  • Proven experience across areas such as GL, AP, AR, FA, Cash Management, Tax, SLA, and Financial Reporting.
  • Demonstrable experience in both Oracle solution delivery and business development/pre-sales.
  • Strong understanding of the full sales lifecycle, from opportunity identification through to contract award and delivery.
  • Experience engaging with senior business stakeholders and C-level clients.
  • Ability to lead client discussions, workshops, solution presentations, and commercial negotiations.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.
  • Willingness and ability to travel across the UK and Europe.

Desirable Skills

  • Experience within an Oracle consultancy, systems integrator, or technology services organization.
  • Oracle Fusion implementation leadership or program-level experience.
  • Strong understanding of integrations, reporting, data migration, and wider ERP architecture.
  • Experience with Oracle AI capabilities, AI Agent Studio, intelligent automation, or AI-led ERP transformation.
  • Existing client relationships or a demonstrable track record of winning Oracle-related business.
  • Oracle certifications would be advantageous.
