Job Title: Techno-Functional Lead, Oracle Fusion Financials

Salary: From £51,750

Location: Remote, flexible within the US or UK

About the Role: The Techno-Functional Lead, Oracle Fusion Financials is a senior role that combines functional leadership, solution architecture, and system administration for Oracle Fusion General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Project Portfolio Management, and Fixed Assets. This role involves continuous improvement, data migration, validation, and reconciliation, along with building financial reporting and controls.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the functional design, configuration, and continuous improvement of Oracle Fusion Financials.
  • Own quarterly Oracle release adoption, regression testing, change management, and system enhancements.
  • Lead data migration, validation, reconciliation, and testing activities.
  • Build and maintain financial reporting, reconciliations, and controls using Oracle reporting tools.
  • Support cutover, go-live, hypercare, and transition into steady-state operations.
  • Provide leadership and direction to analysts, consultants, third-party providers, and System Integrator resources.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience leading Oracle Fusion Financials implementations.
  • Strong expertise in General Ledger, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable.
  • Deep understanding of chart of accounts design, subledger accounting, financial controls, period close, and reconciliation processes.
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle configuration, security, role design, release management, and change control.
  • Experience using FBDI/ADFDI for data conversion and OTBI and/or BI Publisher for reporting.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Oracle Cloud certifications and experience within a multi-country, multi-currency environment would be advantageous.
