Oracle Fusion Financials Lead – Contract
Inside IR35 – Long-Term Contract
We are currently looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion Financials Lead to join a long-term Oracle transformation programme.
This is a remote contract role operating inside IR35. Successful candidates will be required to undergo Security Clearance, so the ability to obtain clearance is essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the functional delivery of Oracle Fusion Financials.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather and validate requirements.
- Design and implement Oracle Fusion Financials solutions aligned with business needs.
- Provide functional leadership across workshops, configuration, testing, and deployment.
- Support integration, UAT, and go-live activities.
- Mentor junior consultants and provide guidance to the wider project team.

Essential Skills & Experience
- Strong experience delivering Oracle Fusion Financials implementations.
- Deep functional knowledge across Oracle Financials modules.
- Proven experience leading workstreams or acting as a Functional Lead.
- Excellent stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills.
- Experience across the full project lifecycle.
- Strong documentation and communication skills.
