We are looking for an Oracle Fusion Financials Solution Architect to serve as the onsite functional lead for a major Oracle transformation. You will own the end-to-end design of General Ledger, Tax, and Intercompany Accounting, while providing broader architectural leadership across Payables, Receivables, Cash Management, and Fixed Assets.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the onsite functional lead and Solution Architect for Oracle Fusion Financials.
- Lead business workshops, fit-gap analysis, and finance-process design sessions.
- Own end-to-end solution design across General Ledger, Tax Management, Intercompany Accounting, Payables, Receivables, Cash Management, and Fixed Assets.
- Design and govern the Chart of Accounts, ledger architecture, multiple ledgers, legal entities, business units, and financial-reporting structures.
- Define tax regimes, tax rules, VAT, and GST requirements, intercompany balancing, and settlement processes.
- Shape allocations, financial controls, close, and reconciliation processes.
- Review and approve solution designs covering integrations, reports, data migration, and security models.
- Provide finance-domain leadership during SIT, UAT, cutover, and hypercare.
- Advise clients on Oracle leading practices, finance-process standardisation, and sustainable solution design.

What We're Looking For
- Deep Oracle Fusion Financials expertise across General Ledger, Tax, and Intercompany Transactions.
- Strong working knowledge of Payables, Receivables, Cash Management, and Fixed Assets.
- Experience with multi-ledger and multi-entity accounting, financial allocations, and consolidations.
- Understanding of IFRS and US GAAP reporting, statutory and tax reporting, and period-end close processes.
- Knowledge of Accounting Hub, Financial Reporting Center, OTBI, and BI Publisher.
- Awareness of Oracle Integration Cloud, finance data migration, and reconciliation activities.
- A track record of leading finance design governance through testing, cutover, and hypercare.
- Strong stakeholder management, workshop leadership, and executive communication skills.
