About the Role
We are searching on behalf of our client for this role. This position is not with OVI.
Join our client as an Oracle Fusion HCM & Payroll Data Migration Lead. In this role, you'll own and deliver end-to-end HCM and Payroll migration activities, working hands-on to lead the workstream and execute detailed migration tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage migration cycles from legacy extraction to production cutover.
- Define extraction requirements and analyse source data.
- Identify quality issues and create detailed legacy-to-Fusion mappings.
- Prepare migration files and perform transformations using SQL/Excel.
- Create and execute HDL files, manage load sequencing, and troubleshoot failed records.
- Build reconciliation outputs using SQL, BI Publisher, and OTBI.
- Investigate variances and provide clear evidence for business sign-off.

Your Profile
- Strong Oracle Fusion HCM/Payroll migration experience.
- Expertise in HDL, SQL, data mapping, transformation, and reconciliation.
- Experience delivering multiple migration cycles personally.
- Advantageous: UK Payroll, HSDL, ResourceLink, FBDI, OIC, and ETL/automation experience.
- SC clearance or eligibility required.
