Job Title: Oracle Fusion OTM/GTM Consultant
Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion OTM/GTM Consultant to support a major Oracle Cloud transformation programme within a security-sensitive environment. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Oracle Global Trade Management (GTM) and a solid understanding of Oracle Fusion SCM. Experience with Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver functional consultancy across Oracle Fusion SCM and Global Trade Management (GTM).
- Lead requirements gathering, process analysis, and solution design.
- Configure and support Oracle GTM functionality across global trade and compliance processes.
- Support trade compliance, customs, classification, import/export, and related business processes.
- Analyse current-state processes and develop effective Oracle Cloud future-state solutions.
- Work with business stakeholders to translate requirements into functional solutions.
- Support integration between GTM, OTM, Oracle Fusion SCM, and third-party systems.
- Produce functional specifications, process documentation, and solution designs.
- Support SIT, UAT, defect management, and deployment activities.
- Work closely with technical teams on interfaces, APIs, and integrations.
- Provide functional expertise throughout implementation and production support.
- Identify opportunities for process optimisation and continuous improvement.

- Import/export processes
- Product and trade classification
- Restricted/denied party screening
- Trade agreements and duty management
- Customs documentation
- Global supply chain processes
Oracle OTM – Desirable
Experience with Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) would be highly advantageous, particularly:
- Transportation planning
- Shipment management
- Freight management
- Carrier management
- Logistics execution
- Transportation integrations
OTM experience is desirable rather than mandatory.
