The Role
As an Oracle Fusion S2F Functional Consultant, you will be responsible for designing and standardising Store-to-Fulfil (S2F) processes within a large-scale Oracle Cloud transformation programme. This role is focused on the pre-implementation phase, including requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, process blueprinting, and solution design. You will work closely with stakeholders across retail operations, supply chain, and digital commerce to define scalable, efficient, and customer-focused fulfilment models.
Your Responsibilities

- Conduct fit-gap analysis between business requirements and Oracle Fusion capabilities.
- Develop functional design documents, solution blueprints, and future-state process models.
- Facilitate business process re-engineering workshops to define standardised fulfilment processes.
- Define store fulfilment operating models, including governance, control points, service levels, and exception handling.
- Configure and define foundational setups such as inventory organisations, fulfilment locations, sourcing rules, and shipping methods.
- Collaborate with Retail Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, and Digital teams to ensure end-to-end alignment.
- Define integration requirements across Oracle Fusion, eCommerce platforms, POS systems, WMS, and logistics systems.
- Support data readiness and migration strategies, including store master data, inventory data, and fulfilment parameters.
- Identify risks, dependencies, and transformation impacts to support governance and decision-making.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
