Job Overview
The Techno-Functional Lead, Oracle Fusion Supply Chain & Product Data is a senior role (Senior Consultant / Manager level) that combines functional leadership, solution architecture and design authority, and system administration for Oracle Fusion Supply Chain Management, Product Information Management (Product Hub), the related General Ledger touchpoints, and reporting across both implementation and steady-state operation.
As functional lead and solution architect, the role owns functional and configuration design for the assigned modules, makes design decisions within program standards, and ensures the SCM-to-GL accounting flow and the product and item data foundation are correct, controlled, and reconcilable. As administrator, the role owns ongoing configuration, quarterly Oracle release adoption, support environment and change management.
The role is hands-on: it designs, configures, loads and validates data, builds reports, and resolves issues directly, while directing analysts, consultants, and System Integrator resources within the workstream.
The role reports to the VP, Finance Transformation and Automation and partners with operations, procurement, the accounting and control teams, Technology, third-party providers, and the System Integrator. Deep platform architecture and custom integration development remain with Technology and the System Integrator.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
