This is a delivery-accountable PM role. You'll personally author and own the Project Charter, Project Plan, and RAID log — not delegate this to a PMO or coordinator — while also owning financial KPIs (budget vs. actual, margin, burn) and acting as the primary client-facing point of contact at project level.

We're Looking For
- End-to-end Oracle Cloud (Fusion) implementation/delivery experience
- Strong knowledge of at least one module family: HCM, Financials, Procurement, Payroll, or EPM
- Proven hands-on ownership of PM artefacts and financial tracking (not oversight-only)
- PRINCE2/PMP/Agile PM certification (preferred)
- SI/consulting background with direct client-facing delivery experience
