Oracle Fusion Test Manager – Finance Transformation (2 year FTC)
The Role
We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion Test Manager to lead testing across a major Finance Transformation programme. The role will take ownership of the end-to-end testing strategy and delivery across Oracle Fusion Financials, working closely with Finance, Programme, Business Change and Technology teams to ensure the solution is robust, fit for purpose and ready for go-live.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and deliver the end-to-end testing strategy and approach for the Oracle Fusion Finance transformation.
- Develop and manage test plans, test phases, schedules, entry/exit criteria and quality gates.
- Lead SIT, UAT, regression, integration and end-to-end testing across Oracle Fusion and connected systems.
- Work closely with Finance SMEs and business stakeholders to define and validate business scenarios and acceptance criteria.
- Coordinate testing across Oracle Fusion Financials and integrated finance systems, data, reporting and downstream/upstream interfaces.
- Manage test resources, including business testers, technical teams, SMEs and external implementation partners.
- Establish effective defect management, triage and resolution processes, ensuring issues are prioritised and tracked through to closure.
- Provide clear reporting on test progress, risks, defects, dependencies and overall readiness to programme leadership.
- Ensure appropriate test evidence, documentation and governance is maintained throughout the programme.
- Support cutover, dress rehearsals and go-live readiness activities where required.
- Challenge implementation partners on testing quality, coverage and delivery to ensure agreed standards are met.

Key Experience
- Proven experience as a Test Manager / Test Lead on large-scale ERP or Finance Transformation programmes.
- Strong experience testing Oracle Fusion Cloud, ideally across Financials modules such as GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Cash Management and/or Procurement.
- Experience managing SIT, UAT, regression and end-to-end integration testing within complex enterprise environments.
- Strong understanding of finance processes and how ERP implementations impact wider business operations.
- Experience working with systems integrators, implementation partners and multiple business/technical stakeholders.
- Strong experience in test governance, defect management, reporting and risk management.
- Experience coordinating testing across integrations, data migration, reporting and third-party systems.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate testing progress and risks to both technical and senior business audiences.
- Experience working within large, complex transformation programmes with multiple workstreams and dependencies.

Desirable
- Previous experience on an Oracle Fusion Finance transformation or major ERP implementation.
- Oracle Fusion Financials certification or relevant Oracle qualifications.
- Experience with Oracle Cloud implementation methodologies.
