Manager — Oracle Fusion Test Manager (AI-Enabled Delivery)

📍 London, Manchester or Belfast | Hybrid

A test leadership role owning end-to-end testing strategy across large-scale Oracle Fusion Cloud transformation programmes.

You'll shape and deliver testing across the full programme lifecycle, using AI-enabled tools and accelerators to improve test design, automation, defect prediction and reporting — working with senior client stakeholders, cross-functional delivery teams and Oracle specialists to embed quality throughout.

What you'll do

  • Own end-to-end test strategy, governance and delivery across Oracle Fusion programmes
  • Lead System Integration Testing, User Acceptance Testing, Regression Testing and Cutover Readiness
  • Govern testing across multiple workstreams and third parties
  • Manage defect resolution, quality metrics, test environments and stakeholder reporting
  • Ensure delivery against programme timelines and quality objectives
  • Work directly with clients to understand their needs and shape tailored testing approaches
  • Identify opportunities to apply AI and automation across test design, execution, reporting and risk identification
  • Contribute to the growth of the Delivery Services practice

What we're looking for

  • Proven experience defining and leading end-to-end testing across Oracle Fusion Cloud programmes
  • Strong test leadership and delivery management — developing and executing comprehensive test strategies
  • Experience governing testing across multiple workstreams and third-party suppliers
  • Track record managing defect lifecycles, quality metrics and environments
  • Confident stakeholder reporting and communication across technical and business audiences
  • Practical experience of at least one delivery methodology (Activate, Agile, Waterfall)
  • Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle
  • Genuine interest in how AI and GenAI can improve delivery quality and efficiency
  • Willingness to travel when required
  • UK security cleared, or willing and eligible to go through the process

  • Programme management methodologies (PRINCE2, Agile, Waterfall)
  • ISTQB certification
  • Consulting background
  • Oracle certifications in Finance, P2P or Supply Chain
