Hiring: Oracle Fusion UK Payroll & UK Statutory Absence Consultant
Location
Staffordshire, UK
Work Arrangement
Client-site based. The role is expected to require 5 days per week onsite, subject to final client confirmation.
Are you an experienced Oracle Fusion UK Payroll Consultant with strong hands-on configuration expertise and a passion for delivering successful cloud implementations?
We are seeking a highly skilled consultant with proven experience in Oracle Fusion UK Payroll, UK Statutory Absence, UK Absence Management, UK Pensions, and Fast Formula development to join a major Oracle transformation programme.
What You'll Bring
- Hands-on implementation experience in:
- Oracle Fusion UK Payroll
- UK Statutory Absence & Absence Management
- UK Pensions
- Strong configuration expertise, including:
- Payroll setup and configuration
- Absence configuration
- Fast Formula development and troubleshooting
- Testing, defect resolution, and go-live support
- Experience delivering full lifecycle Oracle Fusion implementations:
- Requirements gathering
- Solution design
- Configuration
- SIT/UAT testing
- Hypercare and post-go-live support
- Previous experience working for:
- Oracle implementation partners
- System Integrators (SI)
- Consulting organisations delivering Oracle Fusion projects

Ideal Candidate
- Approximately 8-10 years of experience
- Strong Oracle Fusion Payroll implementation background
- Able to independently configure and troubleshoot Oracle Payroll and Absence solutions
- Excellent stakeholder management and client-facing skills
Not Suitable For
- Payroll Managers or Payroll SMEs without hands-on Oracle configuration experience
- Candidates who participated in projects but did not perform configuration activities themselves
- Profiles with only certification or theoretical knowledge
- Candidates without Oracle Fusion SI/implementation partner experience
- Very senior profiles with 15-20+ years experience where recent hands-on configuration is limited
