Job title: Data Migration Analyst
Job Description
We are seeking an Oracle Cloud HCM Data Migration Analyst for a 10-month engagement based in the UK. This client-side role will support the Data Migration Lead and business stakeholders throughout an Oracle Cloud HCM implementation. The successful candidate will help coordinate data migration activities, support data cleansing initiatives, perform validation and reconciliation activities, and work closely with business teams and the System Integrator to ensure high-quality data is migrated successfully.

Responsibilities:
- Support data collection, cleansing, and preparation activities.
- Coordinate with HR, Payroll, and business SMEs to resolve data issues.
- Perform data validation and reconciliation following migration cycles.
- Review migrated data and identify discrepancies and log defects.
- Maintain migration trackers, issue logs, and action plans.
- Support testing activities, mock migrations, and cutover preparations.
- Assist with business sign-off activities and readiness assessments.
- Ability to perform Root cause analysis on the rejected migration records and reconciliation differences with SI.

Skills & experience:
- Minimum experience in delivering 3 end-to-end implementations.
- Oracle Cloud HCM implementation experience.
- Experience with HDL/HSDL templates and Oracle HCM data structures.
- Experience supporting SIT, UAT, and cutover activities.
- Familiarity with payroll reconciliation processes.
