Oracle HCM Consultant – Oracle EBS | Remote UK
Remote / Home-based – UK
Onsite: 1–2 days per month
Occasional UK client travel
Permanent
Our client is a well-established Data & Cloud Platform MSP specializing in Oracle, Microsoft, and multi-cloud technologies. The client has 20 years of experience in managed services and is recognized by Gartner and ISG for its Oracle Cloud and Managed Services capabilities.
Key Requirements
- Strong Oracle EBS / Oracle HRMS / Oracle HCM experience
- Strong functional knowledge of Oracle Payroll, Core HR, ESS & MSS
- Technical skills in PL/SQL, Oracle Workflow, XML Publisher, and OAF
- Experience across BAU/application support and managed services
- Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to analyze business requirements and deliver practical Oracle solutions
- ITIL experience/certification desirable
