πŸ“’ Hiring: Senior Consultant – Oracle HCM Fusion (Absence & Payroll)
πŸ“ Location: Remote (UK) with 2 days of travel per month
πŸ’Ό Employment Type: Permanent

Are you an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Consultant with deep expertise in Core HR, UK Payroll, and Absence? We're looking for a Senior Consultant – Oracle HCM Fusion to lead end-to-end implementations and support engagements for UK Public Sector clients. This is an exciting opportunity to work on large-scale digital transformation projects while collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the implementation and support of Oracle Fusion HCM with a focus on Core HR, UK Payroll, and Absence modules.
  • Drive solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live hypercare support.
  • Conduct System Integration Testing (SIT), support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and manage Payroll Parallel Reconciliation (PPR) activities.
  • Work extensively with Oracle HCM technical tools, including:
    • HCM Data Loader (HDL)
    • HCM Extract
    • BI Reporting
    • Fast Formulae
    • Payroll Batch Loader
  • Lead customer discussions on integrations, data migrations, reporting, and overall solution architecture.
  • Prepare and review Business Process Specification (BPS) documents, Configuration Workbooks, Change Requests, and training materials.
  • Guide projects through the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including Conference Room Pilots (CRPs), Playback Sessions, testing, deployment, and training.
  • Prepare project status reports, maintain RAID logs, and communicate project risks and mitigation plans.
  • Mentor and coach team members while ensuring successful project delivery.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 12+ years of experience implementing Oracle Fusion HCM solutions.
  • Strong expertise in:
    • Oracle Fusion Core HR
    • UK Payroll
    • Absence Management
    • Performance Management
  • Proven experience delivering Oracle HCM implementations for UK Public Sector clients.
  • Hands-on experience with:
    • HCM Data Loader (HDL)
    • HCM Extract
    • BI Reporting
    • Fast Formulae
    • Payroll Batch Loader
  • Strong knowledge of integrations, data migration, reporting, and Oracle HCM architecture.
  • Experience managing projects across the complete SDLC lifecycle.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to business, technical, and executive stakeholders.
  • Experience preparing RAG status reports, RAID logs, and project governance documentation.
