KPMG is seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Manager with strong expertise in Core HCM and Compensation & Benefits to join our growing Powered Apps practice. The successful candidate will lead Oracle HCM Cloud transformation programmes, advise clients on leading practice HR and reward processes, and manage delivery teams through all phases of implementation.

The Powered Apps teams are communities of technology-focused professionals who work together to deliver KPMG Powered Enterprise through a standardised delivery model, driving high-quality outcomes for clients. We are continuing to expand our Oracle practice and are seeking experienced consultants with expertise across Oracle HCM Cloud, particularly within Core HCM and Compensation & Benefits.
What will you be doing?
- Developing end-to-end solutions using industry-leading practices combined with the capabilities available within Oracle HCM Cloud.
- Leading the end-to-end delivery of workstreams, including managing offshore teams in the delivery of Oracle HCM Cloud transformations and business process change.
- Leading client-facing meetings and facilitating workshops with senior stakeholders and large client teams.
- Leading offshore teams to design, configure, test and deploy Oracle HCM Cloud solutions successfully.
- Leading the design and implementation of Oracle Compensation & Benefits solutions, ensuring alignment with client reward strategies, HR operating models and business objectives.
- Developing lasting client relationships and building a network and breadth of experience to support client needs.
- Supporting business development and pre-sales activity across Oracle HCM opportunities.

What will you need to do it?
- Proven experience implementing Oracle HCM Cloud solutions with expertise in Core HCM and Compensation & Benefits modules.
- Demonstrable experience leading the design, configuration, testing and deployment of Oracle Compensation and Benefits solutions within large-scale Oracle HCM transformation programmes.
- Strong understanding of compensation, rewards and benefits processes and how these are enabled within Oracle HCM Cloud.
- Background working as a Functional Consultant, advising clients and implementing HR business process change.
- Demonstrable experience leading client-facing meetings and facilitating workshops with large stakeholder groups.
- Experience managing end-to-end workstreams, including leading offshore teams through design, build, test and deployment phases.
- Previous consulting experience, including involvement in pre-sales, solution shaping and business development activities.
Skills We'd Love to See / Amazing Extras
- Experience across additional Oracle HCM modules such as Payroll, Talent Management, Workforce Modelling or Work Life.
- Oracle Cloud HCM certifications.
- Experience delivering complex HR transformation programmes within large enterprise organisations.
- Experience working within KPMG Powered Enterprise or other leading-practice delivery methodologies.
