Oracle HCM Consultant - Manager

UK wide - Hybrid - Must be flexible for travel

A leading global consultancy is growing its Oracle HCM practice and is looking for experienced Oracle HCM Managers to join a high-performing team, delivering major end-to-end solutions for their diverse client base.

The role:

You’ll lead Oracle HCM workstreams from design through to deployment, combining strong functional expertise with the ability to manage teams, influence senior stakeholders, and deliver meaningful business change.

About you:

  • Proven experience implementing Oracle HCM Cloud, with expertise in Compensation & Benefits and/or Payroll.
  • Strong hands-on technical configuration experience.
  • Strong functional HR consulting and business process transformation experience.
  • Experience leading teams and delivering workstreams through to successful deployment.
  • Confidence facilitating workshops and working directly with senior clients and stakeholders.
  • A consulting background, ideally including pre-sales or business development experience.
