Role Description
The Oracle HCM Functional Consultant is responsible for the design, implementation, and optimization of the HCM modules within Oracle HCM Cloud. This role involves collaborating with HR and business stakeholders to configure HR, salary structures, bonus plans, benefits programs, and incentive compensation while ensuring compliance with organizational policies and legal regulations. The consultant will also support system enhancements, integrations, and reporting needs.

Skills
- Experience with Oracle Compensation & Benefits module
- Strong experience in configuring salary structures, incentive programs, and compensation cycles.
- Knowledge of Total Compensation Statements and Workforce Compensation Plans.
- Understanding of workforce compensation cycles and eligibility profiles
- Proficiency in Fast Formulas for complex compensation rules and calculations.
- Hands-on experience with HCM Data Loader (HDL), HCM Extracts, BI Publisher, and OTBI.
- Understanding of the integration with Payroll, Core HR, and Absence Management
- Experience working with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) for third-party system integration is a plus.
