Seeking two experienced Oracle Fusion HCM UK Payroll Consultants to support large transformation programmes. This is a high-profile engagement focused on the implementation/optimisation of Oracle Fusion HCM Payroll solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support the implementation of Oracle Fusion HCM UK Payroll modules
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to capture and refine payroll requirements
- Configure payroll elements, balances, and statutory calculations in line with UK legislation
- Support data migration, validation, and reconciliation activities
- Contribute to SIT, UAT, parallel runs, and payroll cutover activities
- Provide functional expertise during issue resolution and post-go-live stabilisation
- Work closely with technical and integration teams to ensure seamless data flow across systems.

- Strong experience delivering Oracle HCM solutions - with a strong focus on UK Payroll
- Proven track record of with Oracle Fusion HCM Payroll implementations
- Strong understanding of UK payroll legislation and statutory requirements
- Experience working on large scale transformation programmes.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
