Initial 6 Month contract (long term programme of work)
Hybrid/ remote working

Seeking two experienced Oracle Fusion HCM UK Payroll Consultants to support large transformation programmes. This is a high-profile engagement focused on the implementation/optimisation of Oracle Fusion HCM Payroll solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support the implementation of Oracle Fusion HCM UK Payroll modules
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to capture and refine payroll requirements
  • Configure payroll elements, balances, and statutory calculations in line with UK legislation
  • Support data migration, validation, and reconciliation activities
  • Contribute to SIT, UAT, parallel runs, and payroll cutover activities
  • Provide functional expertise during issue resolution and post-go-live stabilisation
  • Work closely with technical and integration teams to ensure seamless data flow across systems.
