Job Title: Oracle HCM OTL Consultant

Location: London, UK (Hybrid)

Job Type: Contract

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM OTL (Oracle Time and Labor) Consultant to join our team in London on a contract basis. Working in a hybrid capacity, you will play a key role in delivering, optimizing, and supporting our Oracle HCM Time and Labor implementation to ensure seamless time tracking and integration across our HR and payroll systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the configuration, enhancement, and maintenance of Oracle HCM Time and Labor (OTL) modules.
  • Design and set up OTL rules, time layouts, timecard parameters, fast formulas, and approval workflows.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
  • Manage seamless integration between OTL and associated modules, such as Oracle Core HR, Payroll, Absence Management, and Project Costing.
  • Lead testing cycles (SIT, UAT), identify system bugs, and coordinate with vendors or internal teams for resolution.
  • Provide expert functional support, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement for existing OTL processes.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Oracle HCM Functional/Technical Consultant with a primary specialization in Oracle Time and Labor (OTL).
  • Strong hands-on expertise with Fast Formulas, timecard rules, and approval rules in OTL.
  • Solid understanding of OTL integrations with Oracle Cloud Payroll, Absence Management, and Projects.
  • Demonstrated experience with Oracle HCM Cloud deployments, upgrades, and support.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Must be eligible to work in the UK and open to working on a hybrid model out of London.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Oracle Cloud HCM Certification in Time & Labor or Core HR.
  • Familiarity with UK labor laws, working time directives, and local payroll integration standards.
