About The Role

PwC’s Oracle HCM team sits at the heart of our high-growth Workforce Transformation practice within Consulting. We help clients maximise the value of their Oracle Cloud investment through advisory, implementation and transformation programmes.

We are currently looking for experienced Oracle Cloud HCM functional consultants with a strong track record of solution delivery and client impact to join our established and growing team at Senior Associate level.

At PwC, we don’t just implement Oracle Cloud HCM. We use it as a catalyst for broader business transformation, helping clients unlock value, improve workforce experiences and reimagine what’s possible.

What Your Days Will Look Like

  • Working as part of our Oracle team of curious and collaborative problem solvers, helping clients solve complex business issues from strategy to execution.
  • Supporting Oracle Cloud HCM workstreams from discovery and design through build, testing, deployment and post go-live support.
  • Bringing structure to unstructured problems by analysing client requirements, documenting options and helping translate business needs into practical Oracle HCM solutions.
  • Supporting client workshops, requirements gathering and fit-gap analysis across core HCM processes.
  • Configuring Oracle Cloud HCM modules and supporting functional design, data, testing and cutover activities.
  • Preparing clear documentation, playback materials, and status updates for project teams and client stakeholders.
  • Reviewing your own work for quality, accuracy, and relevance, while escalating risks, issues and dependencies in a timely and structured way.
  • Supporting testing cycles, defect resolution, training activity and knowledge transfer to help clients adopt Oracle HCM solutions successfully.
  • Collaborating with colleagues across PwC’s Oracle, Workforce Transformation and wider Consulting teams to deliver innovative, high-quality outcomes.
  • Using feedback and reflection to build self-awareness, develop your strengths and share knowledge with others.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
