Your new role
We're supporting a major Oracle HCM transformation programme for a leading UK infrastructure organisation. As part of a wider Oracle HCM SaaS implementation, we're looking for an experienced Oracle HCM Technical Consultant to help deliver key technical components across several new HCM modules, including Compensation, Benefits and HR Help Desk.
Working closely with the in-house team and Systems Integrator partner, you'll play a crucial role in the design, development and deployment of integrations, data migration activities and technical solutions that support the successful rollout of Oracle HCM.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and support Oracle HCM integrations and technical solutions
- Design and build HCM Extracts and BI Publisher (BIP) reports
- Deliver data migration activities using HSDL
- Create and maintain inbound and outbound API integrations
- Configure Oracle HCM personalisations and security roles
- Support testing, deployment and go-live activities
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams and implementation partners

Required Experience
- Strong Oracle HCM Cloud technical expertise
- Experience developing integrations using Oracle APIs
- HCM Extracts
- BI Publisher (BIP)
- HSDL Data Loads
- Oracle HCM Personalisations
- PL/SQL
- Oracle Security Roles and Access Management
- Previous experience supporting large-scale Oracle HCM implementation
