We are looking for an Oracle Integration Cloud Architect to lead the integration workstream for Oracle Fusion implementations. As the primary onsite integration architect, you will define the integration strategy, architecture, standards and governance across ERP, HCM, SCM and third-party platforms, while guiding delivery from design through production readiness and hypercare.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Oracle Fusion integration workstream and act as the primary onsite Integration Architect.
- Define integration strategy, architecture, standards, security principles and governance across ERP, HCM, SCM and third-party applications.
- Lead requirements workshops and integration design sessions with business and IT stakeholders.
- Design and oversee integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud, REST and SOAP web services, file-based interfaces and event-based patterns.
- Manage the end-to-end integration lifecycle, including design, development, testing, deployment and hypercare support.
- Coordinate onsite and offshore integration teams and manage delivery schedules, dependencies and technical risks.
- Lead integration SIT and UAT, defect resolution, cutover planning and production-readiness activities.
- Establish effective integration monitoring, error handling, authentication, support and operational processes.
- Provide architectural assurance across data migration, reporting interfaces and API management.

What We're Looking For
- Deep hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud and Oracle Fusion ERP, HCM or SCM integrations.
- Strong knowledge of REST and SOAP APIs, Oracle SaaS integration patterns, FBDI and bulk-data interfaces.
- Experience defining middleware architecture, integration standards and governance for complex transformation programmes.
- Knowledge of integration security, authentication, API management, monitoring, troubleshooting and error handling.
- Experience integrating Oracle Fusion with legacy ERP systems, payroll providers, banks, supplier platforms, CRM and other third-party applications.
- Demonstrable leadership across SIT, UAT, cutover, production readiness and hypercare.
- The ability to coordinate distributed delivery teams and communicate complex technical decisions clearly to senior stakeholders.
- A pragmatic, outcome-focused approach to integration design and delivery.
