Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) Developer
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) Developer to design, build, test, and support integrations between Oracle HCM Cloud, ADP, and other enterprise applications. The resource will play a key role in delivering integrations for acquired firms migrating onto Grant Thornton's Oracle HCM platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
- Build inbound and outbound interfaces between Oracle HCM and ADP
- Develop API-based integrations and web service connections
- Configure and maintain file-based integrations and data extracts
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues
- Support integration testing, UAT, and production deployment activities
- Work closely with HRIS, Payroll, Data, and Enterprise Architecture teams
- Document integration designs, mappings, and technical specifications
- Support post-go-live stabilization activities

Required Experience
- 5+ years of integration development experience
- 3+ years of hands-on Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) experience
- Experience integrating Oracle HCM Cloud
- Experience with REST APIs, SOAP services, and XML/JSON
- Experience building employee, payroll, and organizational data integrations to ADP
- Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills
- Experience supporting end-to-end testing

- ADP integration experience
- Oracle HCM implementation or migration experience
- Oracle HCM HDL/HSDL knowledge
- Experience supporting M&A integrations
- Snowflake experience
- Fast Formula familiarity
Nice to Have
- Oracle ERP integration experience
- ServiceNow integration experience
- Data conversion and migration experience
