The Role
The Oracle Integration Cloud Lead will be responsible for defining and delivering the integration strategy and architecture for Oracle Cloud applications, including ERP, SCM and other enterprise systems. This role ensures seamless data and process flow across heterogeneous systems by leading the design, implementation and governance of integration solution using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), APIs, and other middleware tools.
Your responsibilities:
- Define the end-to-end integration architecture of Oracle SaaS and on-premise systems
- Lead the design, development and deployment of integration using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), SOA Suite, REST/SOAP APIs, B2B/EDI and other tools
- Collaborate with functional leads, enterprise architects and business stakeholders to identify integration needs and translate them into scalable technical solutions
- Establish integration standards, patterns and best practices across the program
- Ensure compliance with security, performance and data governance standards
- Lead integration workstreams and manage offshore/onshore development teams
- Conduct code review, solution walkthrough and quality assurance of integration components
- Work closely with Oracle and third-party vendors for solution alignment and escalations

Your Profile
Essential skills/knowledge/experience:
- Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), including Application Integration, Process Automation (Visual Builder, PCS), B2B, File Transfers and Adapters (ERP, SCM, FTP, REST, SOAP etc.)
- Experience with API management, microservices architecture and cloud-native patterns
- Proficient in middleware platforms such as Oracle SOA Suite, MuleSoft, Dell Boomi (preferred but not mandatory)
- Strong understanding of Oracle SaaS data structures, business processes and events
- Experience with integration testing, performance tuning and error handling
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools, Git, DevOps pipelines and integration, lifecycle management
- Experience working in large transformation programs using Agile/Hybrid delivery models
Desirable skills/knowledge/experience:
- Oracle Cloud certifications (e.g., OIC, ERP Integration Specialist)
- TOGAF or similar enterprise architecture certification
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and mentor junior team members
- Proactive mindset with a focus on solution quality and delivery
