Inside IR35
Provide technical expertise to support, develop and enhance solutions within Oracle Fusion ERP and HCM space
- Develop and support analytics and reporting solutions using Oracle AI Data Platform (AIDP), Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC), BI Publisher (BIP) and Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI)
- Design and build Oracle Fusion ERP extensions using Oracle Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS)
- Design, build and support integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST/SOAP services and Fusion adapters
- Support Fusion Technical activities including HDL/data loads, BIP templates, OTBI analysis and interface troubleshooting
- Act as the Technical owner for Oracle Fusion ERP and HCM in an Oracle Fusion system, recommending options that materially impact project outcomes
The Person:
- Demonstrated strong analytical skills, problem solving/debugging skills

- Be a self-starter with high motivation to succeed
- Be a team player with strong results orientation
- Knowledge of Oracle Fusion ERP finance, procurement, projects and reporting processes and Oracle Fusion HCM modules
- Critical thinking and analytical background
- 10+ years of relevant experience with implementing or supporting Oracle Fusion technical solutions
- Expert understanding of Oracle Fusion ERP architecture, security, data model and end-to-end business flows
- Expert technical knowledge of multiple Oracle Fusion ERP modules (Financials, Procurement, Projects, Expenses, SCM and related shared services) and Oracle Fusion HCM
- Hands-on VBCS skills covering page extensions, business objects, service connections, Redwood/UX customisations and deployment
- Hands-on OIC skills covering integrations, adapters, REST/SOAP APIs, scheduled processes, error handling and monitoring
- Strong OAC Technical skills covering data models/semantic models, dashboards, data visualisation, security and connection management
- Fusion Technical skills in BIP reports/templates, OTBI analyses/dashboards, HDL and other Fusion data load tools
- Participated in at least 1 or more full lifecycle implementation projects as the Technical owner for Oracle Fusion ERP and HCM
- Strong organization skills and attention to detail
- First Line, Second Line and hands-on Operational Support experience (Incident Management, Problem Management, Request Fulfilment, etc.)
- Degree: Undergraduate degree in Finance or Computer Science or equivalent combination of education and work experience.

- AIDP (Oracle AI Data Platform Workbench) skills, including data pipelines, catalog/metadata, notebooks/workflows and Fusion ERP analytics use cases
