About the role

You’ll be joining our Oracle Consulting services team. As a Certified Oracle Cloud partner, we help our clients use Oracle’s technology and applications to build their digital enterprise on the cloud; transform business functions, including finance, supply chain, HR, and tax; achieve maximum value on their investment through Managed Cloud Services; and help them manage risk and ‘go live’ on time and on budget through Oracle Cloud Embedded Assurance.

You’ll be joining a team that is rated by Gartner and IDC MarketScape as a Leader in several categories, including being positioned as a Leader in Gartner’s Magic Quadrant for Oracle Cloud Application Services, worldwide.

You’ll work with the latest technologies and leading organisations on projects that help shape the future of those businesses. You will play a key role in client engagements, support the creation of new opportunities, and contribute to knowledge sharing and the development of our people.

What your days will look like:

  • Lead the design and architecture of the Oracle Invoice to Cash (I2C) workstream on large-scale Oracle ERP Cloud transformation programmes, applying industry-leading methodologies to help clients transform their businesses.
  • Lead, coach and develop multidisciplinary teams across PwC, client, offshore and third-party delivery organisations, fostering a collaborative, high-performing delivery environment.
  • Own the successful delivery of the Invoice to Cash workstream, providing leadership across solution design, governance, quality, scope, risks, dependencies and successful delivery against programme milestones.
  • Act as the trusted advisor to client finance, technology and programme leadership teams to make key design decisions, resolve complex functional and design issues, and promote “adopt not adapt” principles wherever appropriate.
  • Lead solution design workshops, architecture reviews and design governance forums, ensuring decisions are clearly documented and understood by both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with delivery teams across functional, technical, integration, data, security and reporting workstreams to ensure the overall I2C solution is coherent, deliverable and aligned across the programme lifecycle.
  • Contribute to business development activities, including discovery phases, solution demonstrations, RFP responses, proposal shaping and client presentations for new and existing opportunities.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
