Futures has partnered with a regional police force as they embark on a major Oracle Fusion ERP implementation.
We are looking for an experienced Payroll & Pensions Lead to act as a subject matter expert, supporting the implementation and ensuring payroll and pension processes are delivered accurately and in line with statutory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Payroll and Pensions activity throughout the Oracle Fusion implementation
- Ensure compliance with HMRC, pension regulations, and statutory requirements
- Support payroll testing, reconciliation, and process improvement
- Provide SME guidance across payroll and pension processes
- Lead key activities, resolve issues, and ensure programme milestones are achieved
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders

- Strong Payroll and Pensions expertise
- Experience working on Oracle Fusion or major ERP implementations
- Strong knowledge of payroll legislation, HMRC requirements, and pension regulations
- Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills
