Role: Oracle Payroll Techno-Functional Consultant

Work Location: Reading, UK (Hybrid 1 days onsite/week)

Client: Infosys

Contract (Inside IR35)


Job Description:

Looking primarily for Oracle UK Payroll Consultant with end to end implementation experience, who can demonstrate and align Oracle UK Payroll functionality with clients existing/legacy payroll system.

  • Experience Requirements:
    • 8 years of Information Technology experience in Oracle HCM Cloud
    • Minimum 2 end to end Oracle HCM Cloud implementation
    • Demonstrates strong proficiency across industry best practices for HCM Domain
    • Must have worked in Workforce Scheduling, Time and Labor and Payroll modules implementation with experience in UK Payroll
    • Knowledge on Oracle HCM Cloud Modules such as Time and Labor and Payroll modules for UK
    • Good Functional understanding of Oracle Cloud Business processes

  • Additional Requirements:
    • Oracle UK Payroll application implementation, configuration, migration and customization specialist with over two implementations and experience in parallel payroll run and testing
    • Hybrid consultant; primarily functional skills alongside extensive business and technical understanding.
    • Multiple end to end project lifecycle implementations.
    • Requirement analysis and definition skills, able to produce functional and technical specifications.
    • Excellent business awareness and able to liaise with clients and vendors from a business and systems perspective at all levels including offshore resource.
    • Strong practical experience of migrating and interfacing legacy and third party systems to Oracle Applications and reporting against Oracle Applications
    • Proven track record of successfully patch/upgrading Oracle Applications
    • Experience of key project stakeholder management and risk and issue reporting
    • Able to work in a team lead role, as part of a team or individually
    • Extensive understanding of risk management
    • Experience of management reporting
