Oracle Procurement Operations Support
We're looking for an Oracle Procurement Operations Support for a public sector organisation, based in London (hybrid), on an initial 6-month contract, paying up to £350 per day (Inside IR35).
There is an expectation to attend the office in London 3 days a week.
About the Role
The successful Oracle Procurement Operations Support will provide first-line support for Oracle Procurement (PPM) processes, handling colleague and supplier queries and driving incidents through to resolution. You'll manage and track workflow activity, investigate operational issues within a defined support model, and escalate risks where needed. You'll also translate complex end-to-end processes into clear documentation, guidance and knowledge articles, and contribute to testing and service improvement.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-line support for Oracle Procurement (PPM) processes
- Handle colleague and supplier queries
- Drive incidents through to resolution
- Manage and track workflow activity
- Investigate operational issues within a defined support model
- Escalate risks where needed
- Translate complex end-to-end processes into clear documentation, guidance, and knowledge articles
- Contribute to testing and service improvement
Required Experience
- Proven experience working with Oracle Procurement (PPM) and associated procurement processes
- Supporting operational workflows, query resolution, and ticket management
- Analysing business processes and system documentation to spot improvements
- Process mapping and documentation
- Stakeholder management and communication
- Working independently within a defined operating model

Preferred Qualifications
- Public sector experience
- PA23 knowledge
- SC clearance, or eligibility to obtain
