Your Role And Responsibilities

We are looking for a Senior Oracle PPM Consultant with a minimum of 8+ years implementation experience. As a Senior Oracle PPM Consultant, you will be responsible for overseeing the solution and implementation of Oracle PPM and will play a customer-facing role. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to provide valuable insights for informed decision-making and support financial planning and reporting activities in your area.

You will lead a work stream and support your peers to configure, test, and deploy the solution, and ensure project deliverables in your area are met. In addition to project-related activities, you will also contribute to proposal development, demonstrating functional capabilities to potential customers and play an important role in building our Oracle Cloud capabilities and offerings.

As an experienced consultant, you will be a self-starter and have strong functional skills in the implementation of Oracle Cloud, backed up by proven hands-on experience, ideally across different industries. You will have the ability to work under pressure and must be able to communicate effectively with customer stakeholders. You will also be required to travel to client sites as part of the role.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to be part of our premier consulting firm working on the cutting edge of Cloud Implementations.

Preferred Education

  • Bachelor's Degree

Required Technical And Professional Expertise

  • Proven experience in Oracle applications implementation, configuration, and management with a minimum of 3 end-to-end implementations of:
    • Project Foundation
    • Project Costing
    • Project Billing
  • Experience leading streams of work and delegating/managing small teams of consultants both on-shore and off-shore.
  • Demonstrated experience in Solution Design, Requirements Analysis, Functional Design, Configuration Documentation, Troubleshooting, and Integration Architecture.
  • Experience working with technical teams for Interface design, development, and testing.
  • Ability to multi-task and work independently.
  • Strong client-facing, communication, and client management skills.
  • A good understanding of Application Implementation methodologies.
  • Security Clearance or the ability to achieve it.

This role is subject to pre-employment screening in line with the UK Government’s Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS). An additional range of Personal Security Controls referred to as National Security Vetting (NVS) may apply, this could include meeting the eligibility requirements for The Security Check (SC) or Developed Vetting (DV).

Preferred Technical And Professional Experience

  • Proven experience in Oracle applications implementation, configuration, and management in the following areas:
    • Oracle Time & Labor
    • Oracle Procurement
    • Oracle GL, AP, and AR
    • Oracle Cloud Implementation Certification(s).
  • An understanding of the reporting and analytical tools available as part of Oracle Cloud.
  • Experience in pre-sales activities such as contributing to proposals, conducting Proof of Concepts & Configuring Sand-box environments for functional demonstrations.
