The Role
Oracle Recruiting Cloud Consultant with strong hands-on experience in Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) implementation and support. Expertise in requisition management, candidate selection processes, job offers, career site configuration, recruiting security, and Core HR integration. Proven ability to lead workshops, configure ORC solutions, support testing and deployments, and deliver recruitment transformation initiatives.

Your Profile
Essential skills/experience
- Strong implementation experience in Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) and Oracle Core HR.
- Hands-on experience configuring:
- Job Requisitions
- Candidate Selection Processes (CSP)
- Job Offers
- Recruiting Types and Phases/States
- Career Sites
- Talent Communities
- Recruiting Roles and Security
- Strong understanding of end-to-end recruiting processes from requisition creation through candidate hire.
- Experience with ORC integrations and its interaction with Core HR and Workforce Structures.
- Experience in requirements gathering, solution design, workshops, testing, and deployment activities.
- Knowledge of Oracle Recruiting Booster features and candidate experience enhancements.
- Strong stakeholder management and client-facing consulting skills.

Desirable skills/experience
- Experience with HDL/HSDL, REST APIs, and Oracle Recruiting integrations.
- Experience with OTBI, BI Publisher, and Oracle Fusion reporting.
- Exposure to Oracle Talent Management modules such as Talent Review, Performance Management, and Career Development.
- Experience working on global Oracle HCM Cloud transformation projects.
