Job Description

Oracle SaaS Implementation and Solution Lead

We are seeking an experienced Oracle SaaS Implementation and Solution Lead to lead solution design and delivery across large-scale Oracle transformation programmes. This role is responsible for shaping the end-to-end Oracle Fusion SaaS solution, ensuring it aligns with business objectives, enterprise architecture principles, and delivery best practice.

The successful candidate will play a key leadership role across the full implementation lifecycle, working closely with client stakeholders, internal delivery teams, and third-party partners to deliver a cohesive and high-quality outcome. The role requires strong Oracle SaaS and wider Oracle Technical knowledge, the ability to co-ordinate multi-discipline teams across a complex implementation landscape, and the credibility to engage confidently with stakeholders at all corporate levels.

In addition to delivery leadership, the Solution Architect will support the growth of the client account by identifying future opportunities, strengthening strategic relationships, and contributing to business development activities.

Key Responsibilities

Solution Architecture Leadership

  • Define and maintain the overall solution architecture, ensuring alignment across business requirements, process design, data, integrations, reporting, security, and environment strategy.
  • Provide architectural oversight across the full delivery lifecycle, from discovery and design through to build, test, deployment, and post-go-live support.
  • Ensure the solution is scalable, supportable, and aligned with the client’s strategic objectives and enterprise architecture standards.
  • Guide design decisions, challenge assumptions where needed, and ensure consistency across all solution components.

Programme and Delivery Co-ordination

  • Work closely with programme leadership to manage cross-workstream dependencies, risks, issues, and design decisions.
  • Ensure effective collaboration between internal teams and external partners to deliver an integrated end-to-end solution.
  • Support governance forums, design authority, and programme steering discussions with clear architectural direction and recommendations.

Third-Party and Consortium Management

  • Co-ordinate the work of third parties forming part of the wider delivery consortium, ensuring their outputs align with the overall solution and programme objectives.
  • Review third-party deliverables and designs to ensure quality, consistency, and adherence to agreed architecture principles and standards.
  • Act as the central point of alignment across partner organisations, helping to resolve issues, clarify responsibilities, and maintain delivery momentum.
  • Build collaborative and effective relationships across all parties involved in programme delivery.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
