Your Role And Responsibilities

As a Business Sales & Delivery Leader for Oracle, you will drive growth and ensure successful delivery of Oracle's products and services to clients. You will develop and implement strategies for assigned Oracle accounts, contributing to the overall Oracle strategy. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Drive Revenue Growth: Develop and execute strategies to maximize Oracle's revenue and profitability in assigned accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and successful delivery of Oracle's products and services.
  • Account Management: Manage and grow existing Oracle accounts, identifying new sales opportunities and expanding the company's presence in assigned industries and services.
  • Solution Sales: Sell and deliver Oracle solutions to clients, leveraging strong account management and sales skills to meet customer needs and drive business growth.
  • Strategy Development: Contribute to the development of the overall Oracle strategy, aligning with the company's goals and objectives to drive growth and profitability.
  • Client Satisfaction: Ensure high levels of client satisfaction, delivering exceptional service and support to drive long-term relationships and business success.

Required Technical And Professional Expertise

  • Deep Expertise in Oracle Solutions: Proven experience in selling and delivering Oracle products and services, with a strong understanding of Oracle's portfolio and ecosystem.
  • Strategic Account Management: Experience in managing and growing large, complex accounts, with a focus on identifying new sales opportunities and expanding presence in assigned industries and services.
  • Revenue Growth Strategies: Deep expertise in developing and executing strategies to drive revenue growth and profitability in assigned accounts, with a focus on ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Industry Knowledge: Experience working with various industries and services, with a strong understanding of the specific challenges and opportunities in each sector.
  • Solution Sales Expertise: Proven experience in selling and delivering complex solutions to clients, leveraging strong account management and sales skills to meet customer needs and drive business growth.
