Role - 1: Package Specialist - Oracle eBS Financials
Job Summary
The Package Specialist – Oracle EBS Financials is responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Financial modules. The role involves working closely with business stakeholders to understand financial processes and delivering scalable, high-quality solutions aligned with business requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements and design solutions using Oracle EBS Financial modules
- Configure and implement modules such as:
- General Ledger (GL)
- Accounts Payable (AP)
- Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Fixed Assets (FA)
- Cash Management (CM)
- Perform system setups, configurations, and customization as per project needs
- Manage end-to-end implementation and support activities including:
- Requirement gathering
- Design
- Testing (SIT/UAT)
- Deployment
- Troubleshoot functional issues and provide production support
- Work with technical teams for RICEFW objects (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Forms, Workflows)
- Ensure data accuracy, reconciliation, and compliance with accounting standards
- Prepare functional documentation, solution design, and training materials
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including procurement, supply chain, and IT

Role -2: Package Consultant - Oracle HCM Cloud

- Experience with Oracle Compensation & Benefits module
- Strong experience in configuring salary structures, incentive programs, and compensation cycles.
- Knowledge of Total Compensation Statements and Workforce Compensation Plans.
- Understanding of workforce compensation cycles and eligibility profiles
- Proficiency in Fast Formulas for complex compensation rules and calculations.
- Hands-on experience with HCM Data Loader (HDL), HCM Extracts, BI Publisher, and OTBI.
- Understanding of the integration with Payroll, Core HR, and Absence Management
- Experience working with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) for third-party system integration is a plus.
