Associate Director — Oracle Technical Delivery
📍 London, Manchester, Bristol or Belfast | Hybrid
A senior technical leadership role owning end-to-end technical delivery across some of the UK's largest Oracle Cloud transformation programmes.
You'll own the technical delivery strategy — integrations, data migration, environments, testing, security and deployment — across enterprise-scale Fusion programmes spanning Finance, Supply Chain and Projects. You'll also help shape how AI and GenAI are applied to accelerate delivery, improve quality and raise programme performance.
What you'll do
- Lead complex Oracle Cloud technology delivery programmes at enterprise scale
- Own the technical delivery strategy end to end, from design through cutover and deployment
- Lead multi-disciplinary teams of technical, integration and data specialists
- Partner with Solution Architects to turn business requirements into scalable technical solutions
- Drive technical assurance and quality across design, build, testing and deployment
- Identify opportunities to apply AI, GenAI and intelligent automation across the implementation lifecycle
- Work directly with client CIOs, CTOs, Enterprise Architects and Programme Sponsors
- Support business development, proposals and practice growth
- Mentor and develop the next generation of technical leaders

What we're looking for
- Extensive experience delivering large-scale Oracle Cloud / Fusion transformation programmes
- Proven track record leading complex technical workstreams
- Experience managing enterprise-scale technical teams — architects, integration specialists, data migration, technical consultants
- Strong grounding in Oracle Cloud architecture and implementation methodologies
- Integration delivery experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and enterprise integration technologies
- Experience leading data migration, technical testing, cutover and deployment
- Comfortable managing scope, plans, budgets, risks and dependencies at programme level
- Strong stakeholder management across IT leadership, enterprise architecture and programme teams
- Practical understanding of DevOps, automation and modern delivery practices
- Genuine interest in applying AI to estimation, testing, code generation, documentation or delivery governance
- Willingness to travel when required
