Oracle Technical Delivery Lead - £600/day via Umbrella - 6 Month Contract - Newcastle - Hybrid - SCC Flex Contract
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Technical Delivery Lead to support a major Oracle Fusion ERP and EPM transformation programme. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly skilled Oracle Technical Delivery Lead to lead technical delivery across a complex enterprise landscape, overseeing integrations, environments, data migration, reporting, security, and transition into operational support.
Your responsibilities as the Oracle Technical Delivery Lead:
- Lead technical delivery across Oracle Fusion ERP and EPM workstreams from solution design through deployment and hypercare.
- Provide leadership across technical teams covering integrations, reporting, environments, security, extensions, data migration and technical architecture.
- Own technical governance, ensuring solutions align with enterprise architecture, security standards and programme objectives.
- Drive technical design reviews, assuring solution quality, scalability, maintainability and performance.
- Oversee Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), APIs, file-based interfaces and integrations with enterprise applications including WMS and other third-party platforms.
- Coordinate technical workstreams and manage cross-functional dependencies across projects, suppliers and delivery partners.
- Lead technical planning and delivery for data migration activities, ensuring data quality, reconciliation and successful cutover execution.
- Oversee technical reporting solutions, including OTBI, BI Publisher, EPM reporting and data extraction requirements.
- Ensure technical readiness across environments, deployments, release management and configuration management processes.
- Support test strategy and execution, including technical testing, system integration testing, performance testing and defect resolution.
- Drive security design and role-based access controls, ensuring compliance, governance and segregation of duties requirements are met.
- Manage technical risks, issues, dependencies and decision logs through programme governance structures.
- Lead service transition activities into production support and AMS operations.
- Establish technical support models, operational processes, support runbooks and knowledge transfer frameworks.

As a successful Oracle Technical Delivery Lead, you will have:
- Proven experience as an Oracle Technical Delivery Lead delivering large-scale Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP implementations.
- Experience delivering one or more full lifecycle Oracle Fusion Cloud implementation programmes.
- Strong expertise in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), APIs, middleware, interfaces and enterprise system integrations.
- Experience designing and delivering integrations with WMS and other enterprise platforms.
- Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion technical architecture, environments and deployment methodologies.
- Proven experience leading technical teams across multiple workstreams and delivery partners.
- Strong knowledge of data migration strategies, reconciliation processes, data governance and cutover planning.
- Experience with FBDI, ADFdi, web services, APIs and file-based integrations.
- Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion security, role design, controls and segregation of duties requirements.
- Experience delivering reporting solutions including OTBI, BI Publisher, Financial Reporting and EPM reporting tools.
- Knowledge of release management, environment management and configuration governance processes.
- Strong understanding of incident, problem and change management processes.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Oracle Cloud certifications in relevant technical disciplines would be advantageous.
