Rossera is an award-winning Oracle specialist consultancy with a proven track record for world-class delivery of services and products. We have customer accounts with some of the largest global organisations as well as being partners of some of the biggest names in the industry. We specialise in process automation for customers running Oracle Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Applications in the cloud and on-premise helping them maximise their return on investment.

Requirements

Start Date: 14th September 2026

This role will support a client environment with specific security and eligibility requirements. Security Clearance is required & we will support you through this process. As a minimum, candidates must meet the following criteria:

  • UK national
  • Minimum of 10 years continuous residency in the UK
  • Right to work in the UK
  • Willingness and ability to undergo and pass client-mandated background screening and security checks

This role will be 5 days a week onsite at our client’s central London office.

The role

As an Oracle Technical Developer, you will work alongside our wider team to deliver solutions within the Oracle ecosystem. This may involve development of data analytics reports, integrations, custom applications and potential opportunities within the Cloud infrastructure space in either AWS or OCI.

This graduate position is designed to provide a structured development opportunity where we will support, mentor and ensure you are trained in appropriate technologies to increase your skills base across the Rossera and Oracle technology landscape to allow you to be productive and progress.

Key responsibilities

We are seeking an analytical and performance-focused individual to join our team. The role involves:

  • Understanding complex client requirements and business processes and translating these into technical solutions.
  • Development of components within the Oracle ecosystem to enhance our client’s systems and maximise their return on investment. For example;
    • Data Analytics Reports
    • Integrations between systems
    • Process Automation & Workflow
    • Application extensions and customisations
    • Potentially infrastructure level delivery within AWS / OCI
    • AI. Our clients are keen to leverage the potential of AI and all are at different stages of that journey. Utilising AI for productivity and within solutions will be an increasing element of your role and understanding its current capabilities and limitations is something we will all have to embrace.
  • Input into live incidents with low level analysis and resolution of issues spanning the Oracle ecosystem (for example Linux servers, Oracle Databases, Oracle Integration Cloud and Oracle WebLogic) and Oracle Fusion SaaS.

Education requirements

Degree level education (2:1 or above) ideally in physical sciences, maths, computer science or other field that demonstrates analytical thinking.

We also welcome applications from students who are in their final year of study and due to graduate soon and predicted a 2:1 or higher.

Skills

Successful candidates will be able to demonstrate the following skills:

  • Well organised, able to multi-task and work to tight deadlines.
  • An attention to detail and a commitment to high standards of delivery.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to articulate complex problems to product specialists, developers and key stakeholders.
  • Good problem-solving skills, capable of analysing challenges and delivering effective solutions.
  • Strong IT skills (Microsoft Office 365) with a pro-active approach to learning new technologies, online products and delivery methodology (Agile).
  • An attention to detail and a commitment to high standards of service delivery.
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.

The following skills are advantageous:

  • SQL and PLSQL experience.
  • Database knowledge.
  • Data Analytics & Reporting.
  • Familiarity with REST web services.
  • Familiarity with scripting e.g. Linux, Terraform, Ansible, Bash, Python.
