Location: Remote, with regular travel required to Oracle’s Dublin office.
About This Role
We're looking for an Oracle Cloud Technology Account Executive to spearhead the growth of our Oracle Technology business across Ireland, reporting to our VP of Sales. This is a strategic growth role focused on identifying, developing and converting new business opportunities within both the public and private sectors.
You'll be responsible for building a strong pipeline of Oracle Technology opportunities, expanding Namos' presence in the Irish market, and developing trusted relationships with Oracle, customers, and key industry stakeholders. Working closely with our wider Business Development and Delivery teams, you'll help establish Namos as a leading Oracle Technology partner in Ireland.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a sales growth strategy focused on the Irish, Oracle Cloud Technology market
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with Oracle Ireland stakeholders to identify joint go-to-market opportunities
- Build Namos' brand awareness and market presence across Ireland through networking, industry events, Oracle user groups and partner engagement
- Identify and pursue opportunities across Irish public sector bodies, semi-state organisations and private sector enterprises
- Provide market intelligence on emerging customer requirements, procurement activity, competitor positioning and Oracle investment trends within Ireland
- Collaborate with marketing to deliver targeted demand generation campaigns focused on the Irish market
- Support the development of strategic account plans for key Irish Oracle customers and prospects
- Qualifying and closing sales appointments with potential customers
- Accurately updating the internal CRM, maintain accurate forecasting and closing plans through regular Sales Forecasting governance.
- Able to work towards and exceed targets with a competitive spirit, whilst upholding quality, professionalism, integrity, and teamwork
- Organise and attend client-facing presentations and internal meetings
- Regularly attend Oracle offices as well as events (trade shows, user group meetings, Oracle events etc.) and be able to travel to London.

Requirements
- ‘Start up’ mindset with strong discipline and self-motivation is a must have.
- Strong understanding of the Oracle Market Opportunities in Ireland
- Existing network within Oracle Ireland, Oracle partners, and/or Oracle customer organisations would be highly advantageous
- Track record of developing new business within the Irish market and delivering measurable revenue growth
- Knowledge of Irish public sector procurement frameworks and buying cycles would be beneficial
- Experience in building sales pipelines from scratch is desirable
- Experience building strategic relationships with senior stakeholders, including CIOs, CTOs, IT Directors and Programme Leaders
- Energetic, with a strong drive to succeed and grow the sales pipeline
- Ability to consider and incorporate advice and feedback to continually develop and improve
- Adaptability to work independently or collaboratively as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Capability to build long-lasting and strong client relationships based on professionalism and trust
What Success Looks Like
- Establishing a strong pipeline of qualified Oracle Cloud Technology opportunities within the first six months.
- Increasing Namos' visibility and reputation within the Irish Oracle community.
- Developing strategic relationships with key Oracle Ireland stakeholders.
- Winning new Oracle Technology business and delivering sustainable revenue growth across Ireland.
- Identifying opportunities to expand existing customer relationships and introduce new Oracle service offerings.
