Oracle Test Lead
An Oracle Test Lead is required by Whitehall Resources to join a major transformation programme based in Central London. This is a permanent position offering a hybrid working environment, with 3 days per week expected on-site.
The successful candidate will lead and coordinate end-to-end testing activities across Oracle Cloud solutions supporting core business services such as HR, Finance, and Commercial. You will work closely with stakeholders, technology teams, and third-party partners to plan test strategy, manage environments, and ensure high-quality delivery of software and infrastructure changes. Strong experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud testing and environment management is essential.

Do you have?
- Experience leading software testing across complex enterprise systems?
- Team management/ leadership experience?
- Strong knowledge of test planning, test case design, defect lifecycle management, and reporting?
- Hands-on experience with Oracle ERP Cloud?
- Experience working in Agile, DevOps, or ITIL delivery environments, including deployment and release strategies?
- Hands-on experience with test management and automation tools (for example JIRA, TestRail, Selenium, or similar)?

- Define and deliver comprehensive test strategies across Oracle Cloud programmes, including unit, system, integration, and user acceptance testing?
