Oracle Transformation Lead / Oracle HCM Consultant

Fully Remote
FTSE Listed Multisite Business
Day rate: £700 - £800 per day

Eutopia Search are engaged on a key Senior Interim appointment – Seeking An Oracle Transformation Lead to drive end-to-end enterprise change, focusing on Oracle HCM strategic review, business process redesign, and user adoption.

Core Responsibilities

  • Shaping and selling Oracle HCM solutions by engaging with senior stakeholders to help solve their business challenges in the relevant market segment
  • Ensure the business is maximising its existing capability and that we understand the longer-term roadmap
  • Strategy & Design: Manage multi-year migration roadmaps, lead design workshops, and define cloud operating models.
  • Change & Readiness: Oversee change impact assessments, training frameworks, and organizational readiness evaluations.
  • Delivery & Governance: Track project dependencies, manage risks, monitor adoption metrics, and guide system integrators.

  • Experience: 10+ years managing large-scale Oracle transformation programmes.
  • Platform Expertise: Deep knowledge of Oracle HCM applications
  • Methodology: Proven background in change management and project lifecycles.
  • Qualifications: Relevant degrees or professional certifications (e.g., CCAB, ACCA, CIMA, PMP) depending on the core workstream
