The Role

The organization is modernizing its existing project and programme management processes, which currently rely heavily on Primavera and Excel, and is moving towards Oracle Unifier as part of this transformation.
The successful consultant will work closely with business stakeholders, the implementation team, and technical/configuration teams to help translate business requirements into an effective Oracle Unifier solution.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strong functional expertise across Oracle Unifier.
- Work with business stakeholders to understand existing processes, requirements, and pain points.
- Support the implementation and rollout of Oracle Unifier.
- Analyze existing Primavera and Excel-based processes and help define the future-state solution.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications and Oracle Unifier solutions.
- Support configuration discussions and ensure the solution meets business requirements.
- Work closely with implementation and technical teams throughout the delivery lifecycle.
- Support testing, UAT, and business readiness activities.
- Assist with data/process migration considerations where required.
- Support issue resolution and functional troubleshooting.
- Contribute to go-live preparation and transition into business-as-usual support.
- Provide functional support and guidance following implementation.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
