Oracle UX Functional Lead – Oracle CX/ Redwood
An Oracle UX Functional Lead is required by Whitehall Resources to join a major transformation programme based in Central London. This is a permanent position offering a hybrid working environment, with 3 days per week expected on-site.
The successful candidate will lead the delivery of user-focused Oracle solutions, specialising in UX and portal experiences across functional areas such as HR, Finance, and Supply Chain. You will work closely with stakeholders, product teams, and third-party partners to gather requirements, define processes, and deliver functional enhancements that improve usability, efficiency, and business outcomes. Experience with Oracle Redwood is essential.

Do you have?
- Experience in functional or product roles within Oracle ERP systems, ideally with UX or portal modules and at least 2 years’ experience in relevant areas?
- Background in user experience, CRM or customer engagement and employee portal solutions?
- Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills, including experience leading small teams of analysts or SMEs?
- Hands-on experience supporting system implementations, requirement gathering, testing, and change management?
- Understanding of technology implementation, product lifecycles, and business process optimisation?
