WMS Technical Support Lead
Belfast | Hybrid Working (1 day per week onsite)
Be the Oracle WMS expert behind a business-critical enterprise platform.
We're looking for an experienced WMS Technical Support Lead to take ownership of the Oracle Warehouse Management System within a large-scale enterprise environment. This is an outstanding opportunity for someone who enjoys solving complex technical challenges, leading support activities, and driving continuous improvement across warehouse operations.
You'll become the technical authority for Oracle WMS, working alongside functional consultants, integration specialists, and business stakeholders to ensure the platform continues to perform at the highest level while supporting future enhancements and innovation.

What You'll Be Doing
As the WMS Technical Support Lead, you'll be responsible for the ongoing support, configuration, and enhancement of Oracle WMS, ensuring critical warehouse operations remain available and efficient.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
- Leading support for Oracle WMS within a complex enterprise environment.
- Managing incidents, problems, changes, and service requests in line with agreed SLAs.
- Delivering configuration changes and technical enhancements across Oracle WMS.
- Supporting application releases and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Acting as the technical escalation point for WMS-related issues.
- Working closely with Integration and Reporting teams to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Collaborating with business stakeholders to understand new requirements and translate them into practical Oracle WMS solutions.
- Promoting Oracle WMS best practice while reducing unnecessary customization.
- Identifying technical risks and ensuring issues are resolved before they impact business operations.

We're seeking an Oracle WMS specialist with strong technical capability and a proactive, customer-focused approach.
