Salary: Up to £38,500 per annum
Job type: Permanent, full-time, 40 hours per week
About us
At Home Dental delivers dental care to patients in their own homes and care settings. We are the largest provider of supervised toothbrushing programmes in England. Our Big Brush Club reaches over 86,000 children across the South West.
About the role
You will lead our team of Oral Health Facilitators and run day-to-day operations for the Big Brush Club. You will report to the Service Lead and make sure the team meets service and contract standards across multiple contracts.
What you will do
- Line manage the team, including one-to-ones, appraisals and performance management.
- Set weekly targets and build workflows that meet contract KPIs.
- Coach team members and identify training needs.
- Lead safeguarding compliance and act as the team's first point of contact for concerns.
- Manage stock, data and reporting.
- Lead induction and training for new starters.
- Represent At Home Dental in schools, nurseries and community settings.

What you need
- GDC registered Dental Nurse with an oral health education qualification, such as the NEBDN Certificate in Oral Health Education.
- Line management experience.
- Strong Excel and reporting skills.
- Clear written and verbal communication.
- GCSE grade 4 (C) or above in English and Maths, or equivalent.
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
- Willingness to complete an enhanced DBS check, including a children's barred list check.
Desirable
- Experience leading a field-based team.
- Experience delivering a supervised toothbrushing programme.
- Safeguarding training at Level 2 or above.
