We're Hiring: Order and Client Management Specialist I

Are you detail-oriented, customer-focused, and energized by a fast-paced environment? We're looking for a full-time Order and Client Management Specialist I to join our team and play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience while keeping our order processing and client relationships running smoothly.

In this role, you'll support a diverse global customer and supplier base, manage day-to-day order processing across multiple systems, and build foundational knowledge of our products, systems, and processes β€” all under general supervision with room to grow.

πŸ“ Location: Candidates based in the UK or on the US East Coast are strongly preferred, to provide optimal coverage for our East Coast and European customers.

What You'll Do

  • Support customers and suppliers β€” serve as a go-to contact for a diverse global customer and supplier base via phone and email, providing accurate, timely answers on orders, shipments, availability, and pricing
  • Process and manage orders β€” validate and process customer POs, manage work queues across Zendesk, NetSuite, and other systems, and keep order and pricing data accurate and up to date
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues β€” resolve failed orders, pricing discrepancies, and supplier exceptions, sourcing alternatives and communicating proactively with customers to minimize disruption
  • Coordinate documentation β€” gather QC data, safety data sheets, certificates of analysis, and other customer-requested documents from suppliers
  • Drive improvement β€” contribute to cross-functional projects and process improvements that enhance the customer experience

What We're Looking For

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • 1+ year of experience in customer service, order processing, or a related administrative role
  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Customer-service mindset with clear, professional communication skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with Zendesk, NetSuite, or similar systems a plus
