Role purpose
To manage the day-to-day delivery of non-complex customer orders, from validation and supplier order placement through to in-life changes and ceases, ensuring orders are progressed accurately and customers are kept informed throughout.
Role overview
This is a developing-level role ideal for someone with telecoms knowledge who is organised, customer-focused and enjoys taking ownership of orders, working with suppliers and keeping customers updated.
Key responsibilities
- Place and manage Ethernet, Broadband, Voice, Hosting and Cloud service orders.
- Validate and approve customer orders, ensuring delivery requirements are accurate and complete.
- Manage standard orders, in-life service changes and ceases, liaising with suppliers and keeping customers proactively updated.
- Support the wider Service Delivery team with order administration, inbox management, access requests and Customer Care activity.

Essential experience
- Telecoms knowledge with strong task management and communication skills.
- Confident using CRM/business systems, Microsoft Outlook and Excel, with good general PC skills.
Desirable experience
- Experience working for an MSP or within a small, diverse team, with knowledge across multiple telecommunications products.

- Salary: £28,000–£30,000 depending on experience
